DIABETES AND EATING DISORDER CARE
Diabetes and Eating Disorder Dietitians for Texas
Virtual nutrition therapy for clients across Texas — from Austin to Houston to Dallas.
We’re registered dietitians licensed in Texas who specialize in the overlap of diabetes and disordered eating, so you’re not choosing between managing your numbers and healing your relationship with food.
REGISTERED DIETITIANS • CDCES • CEDS • WEIGHT -INCLUSIVE & TRAUMA -INFORMED • LICENSED IN TEXAS · VIRTUAL CARE STATEWIDE
Wherever you are in the state — Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, the Valley — care reaches you the same way: by secure video, with a dietitian who already works in this exact overlap.
Rooted in Texas, available across the state
Does any of this sound familiar?
Most Texans who find us have managed diabetes for years and quietly struggled with food for just as long. If you recognize yourself here, you’re not imagining it.
Your A1c looks "good," but getting it there costs more than anyone realizes.
You feel a wave of shame every time you look at a blood sugar reading.
You’ve skipped or shorted insulin to affect your weight.
You’ve been praised for behaviors that don’t feel healthy to you.
You’ve looked for a Texas dietitian who understands both sides and kept coming up short.
Specialist care in every Texas metro
Because we’re virtual, you get the same specialist wherever you live in Texas.
We work with clients across the state’s major metros:
Austin
Houston
Dallas–Fort Worth
San Antonio
And the rest of the state by video
Texas
Austin, Houston, Dallas & beyond
Diabetes care and eating disorder recovery pull in opposite directions.
Count, weigh, track, restrict — the advice that manages blood sugar is the same advice that can quietly feed disordered eating.
We work in the space where the two meet, so nobody has to choose between their numbers and their relationship with food.

MEET THE TEAM
Licensed here, so you’re covered
We hold Texas licensure, which means working with us from anywhere in the state is fully above board — no gray areas.
You meet your dietitian by secure video, coordinate with your Texas care team if you have one, and never drive to an appointment.
COST & INSURANCE
Let's be upfront about money.
We're a private-pay practice, so we don't bill insurance directly. We provide a superbill after each session that you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Being private pay is what lets us give you the length of appointment this work actually takes. We'll talk through the numbers on your consult call, before you commit to anything.
