Does any of this sound familiar?

Most people who find us have managed diabetes for years and struggled quietly with food for just as long.

You've counted, weighed and tracked since diagnosis, and food has stopped feeling like food

Your numbers are “good,” but getting them there costs more than anyone realizes.

You feel a wave of shame every time you look at a blood sugar reading.

Someone suggested you might have an eating disorder, and you don't know what to do with that.

Any one of these is reason enough. Let's talk

OUR APPROACH

You shouldn't have to choose between your diabetes and your peace with food.

We're a team of registered dietitians who specialize where diabetes care and eating disorder recovery overlap. It's a narrow specialty, and it exists because the standard advice for one so often makes the other worse.

Individualized, weight-inclusive and trauma-informed. No meal plan handed over at the door.

You've likely had care that treated your diabetes and your eating as separate problems.

That's not what happens here.

Being private pay is what lets us give you the length of appointment this work actually takes. We'll talk through the numbers on your consult call, before you commit to anything.
