DIABETES AND EATING DISORDER CARE
Specialist Diabetes and Eating Disorder Care, Wherever You Are
We’re a team of registered dietitians who work in the overlap between diabetes and disordered eating — the place standard advice for one so often makes the other worse. Care is fully virtual, so where you live decides nothing about who you get to work with.

Real specialist care, delivered online
Diabetes-and-eating-disorder care is a narrow specialty. In most cities there isn’t a provider who does both — which is exactly why we built the practice to be virtual. You meet your dietitian by secure video from wherever you are, on your own schedule, with none of the drive or the waiting room.
What working together looks like
A free 15-minute consult first, so you can hear how we work before you commit to anything.
Sessions by secure video — the same clinical depth as in person, without the commute.
A dietitian who already understands the overlap, so you’re not explaining diabetes and disordered eating from scratch.
Care coordinated with your existing team — endocrinologist, therapist, primary care — wherever they are.
Licensed in 30+ states
Because care is virtual, we can work with clients anywhere we hold licensure. Below are the states we’re currently licensed in. If yours is on the list, you can book — if you’re not sure, ask us on the free consult.

The overlap most providers only see one half of
Diabetes care and eating disorder recovery pull in opposite directions.
Count, weigh, track, restrict — the advice that manages blood sugar is the same advice that can quietly feed disordered eating.
We work in the space where the two meet, so nobody has to choose between their numbers and their relationship with food.
Each page explains what that means, and how we approach it.
WHAT WE HELP WITH
Every one of these looks different when diabetes is in the picture.
Our team of dietitians
A team built entirely around this work
You’ll be matched with a registered dietitian who specializes in diabetes and disordered eating — not a generalist who sees it occasionally. Every clinician on the team holds the credentials this care actually requires.
COST & INSURANCE
Straightforward, private-pay care
We're a private-pay practice, so we don't bill insurance directly. We provide a superbill after each session that you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Being private pay is what lets us give you the length of appointment this work actually takes. We'll talk through the numbers on your consult call, before you commit to anything.
